STAR TREK V: “CHEKOV – LOST IN THE WOODS” COSTUME

Description: A costume featured in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier for wear by Walter Koenig in his portrayal of “Chekov” during the scene in which he and “Sulu” (George Takei) are lost in the woods during shore leave. The costume is a pair of dark blue denim trousers, a gray ‘Levi's Silver Tab’ name brand sweatshirt, and an ‘Umberto Ginocchetti’ name brand jacket made from brown and black corduroy-like material with a zip front, an oversized collar, asymmetrical button flap waist pockets, and flap pocket accents bordering the chest and an elastic waist, with a pair of leather and canvass lace up hiking shoes which retain a minute degree of natural foliage in the treads from production use. The shoes were located with a costumer’s tag inscribed ‘Chekov’, and the trousers are inscribed ‘Chekov’ on the interior. A costumer’s tag included reads ‘Star Trek V, Walter Koenig as Chekov, CHG #1, SC#40-41’.
