Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Half a Life”; wherein a leading Kaelon scientist comes aboard at the same time that “Lwaxana Troi” (Majel Barrett) does and she takes it upon herself to be his “entertainment director” not knowing that he is preparing to perform the ritual suicide that all people his age do in his world. This costume consists of a short-sleeved, full-length, metallic-gold robe featuring matching insets with a puckered or wrinkled texture down the front and a matching belt. A costumer’s tag reads ‘TNG #196 Half a Life, Mr. Homn, Carel Struyken’.
