This item is a name plaque for one of the model ships in the glass case that “Captain Picard” (Patrick Stewart) breaks with the phaser rifle; it is a brown plaque with gold lettering that says “U.S.S. Enterprise, Constitution Class Starship, NCC-1701-A”. The item measures approx. 3 X 1.5 inches.
