This item is the uniform jacket of the co-conspirator Romulan Ambassador “Nanclus” (Darryl Henriques), it is a long-sleeved, jacket with a Mandarin collar and featuring an interlocking design of Romulan-style hieroglyphs in various shades of blue, green, and yellow. The item has an olive-colored piping around the collar and a zip down the front.
