Presumably made for Star Trek: Enterprise, these black vinyl spats fit easily over and around footwear, fixed in place by black elastic stirrups, then over the shin and around the calf where they Velcro up the back of the leg. Measures approx 28.5 inches long when lying on a flat surface.
