The item is a circle shaped red fabric piece folded over for neat edges with white batting inside for width made for placement on a Starfleet officer’s uniform. The item is capable of receiving these ranks: all crewman grade ranks, ensign, and all flag officer’s ranks excepting commodore. Item measures approx. 1.5 inches diameter.
