Description: A costume featured in episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise like “Affliction”; wherein “Dr. Phlox” is kidnapped and forced to assist the Klingons in finding a cure for the mutagenic virus that is spreading throughout the Klingon Empire. This costume is a standard 22nd century Earth Starfleet uniform consisting of a full-length, long-sleeved, blue jumpsuit with seven functional, zipped pockets, Command Gold division strip, zipper/Velcro cuff adjustment for the wrists and ankles, "Enterprise NX-01" patch on the left shoulder, and a black, sleeveless undershirt. A sewn in tag on the jumpsuit reads ‘Enterprise, Laura Manteiro #091’, and features two other names; the undershirt sewn in tag reads ‘Enterprise, Laura Manteiro 091’.
