Description: A prop believed to have been featured in the pilot Star Trek: Voyager episode “Caretaker” for use by “Tom Paris” (Robert Duncan McNeil) while confined to the New Zealand Penal Colony. The item is a series of fashioned metal links held together by an elastic band and features battery powered electric lights that are bright! The item is activated by a switch and powered by a single V28PXL 6volt battery. The item opens to fit around the wearer’s ankle and slides shut, capable of being sealed in place by way of a hexagonal wrench. In its roundest configuration, the item measures approx. 6 X 5.25 X 1.25 inches. The item is polished metal to nearly reflective silvery hue, features gold colored metal accents and the lights are sequentially flashing red and bright!
