Description: Shot in the chest during an away team mission, “Captain Picard's” (Partrick Stewart) artificial heart stops functioning. While unconscious he experiences a vision where “Q” (John De Lancie) claims to be God and allows Picard a second chance to change the course of his life. This command red Starfleet uniform jacket was worn by Patrick Sterart in the episode and features a blotch of dried special effects blood in the center of the chest. A sewn in Paramount tag inside is inscribed ‘Patrick’ and the costumer’s tag reads ‘dress uniform waist coat, Patrick Stewart, “Picard”’.
