Patrick Stewart “Jean Luc Picard” De-Assimilation Neural Link Control Box from Star Trek: The Next Generation

Description: (Paramount-TV, 1987-94) This neural link control box was used in the season four episode <em>“Best of Both Worlds, Part II”</em>. Two of these boxes can be seen being used to make a neural connection between Data and Captain Picard after he has been assimilated by the Borg. This custom made illuminating prop is made from resin and plastic with two metal connectors on top where the links were attached. Two red lights on the top and four green lights on the side flash on and off when activated by a small button on the front.
