STAR TREK: VOYAGER “FLOTTER – ONCE UPON A TIME” COSTUME

Description: “Flotter T. Water, III” (Wallace Langham) was a holodeck fairytale character that “Neelix” (Ethan Phillips) created for “Naomi Wildman” (Scarlett Pomers) while they waited for word on whether her mother was safe after she crashed in a shuttle. The episode was “Once Upon A Time” and the jumpsuit is a blend of purples, greens and blues merged together to give the appearance of water. Over the entire costume is clear intertwining latex with imbedded glitter. The torso and left thigh also has iridescent diamonds applied over the latex in a scale like pattern. The costume has built in feet and webbed hands. Worn underneath is a padded blue bodysuit with padding to the torso and buttocks. An additional pair of matching boots is also included.
