The costume is a gray jumpsuit with a darker gray section separated as the left sleeve. The costumer's tag reads ‘#170 “The Most Toys”, Tech #1, Dennis Matalone”. Dennis Madalone is a veteran Star Trek stunt performer and extra who appeared in multiple 24th century Star Trek series.
