Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Unity" where "Commander Chakotay" (Robert Beltran) is rescued and cared for by a band of former Borg humanoids. The costume is a grey mesh, sleeveless shirt, grey and black two-tone jacket minus the right arm, with a zipper up the front that is moderately distressed for appearance, and corresponding grey trousers. Sewn in tag reads 'Deep Space Nine, Craig Reed' and costumer's tag reads 'Unity #159 Voyager, Humanoid Amputee, Craig Reed'.
