Description: A costume featured in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine for wear by “Jadzia Dax” (Terry Farrel). The costume is a black Starfleet uniform jumpsuit with sciences blue division shoulders and a gray long sleeved undershirt. The jumpsuit features a form fitting elastic waist with sewn in ‘away team' gear loops. The costumer’s tag reads ‘DS9 DAX, Terry Farrell’ and the sewn in tag in the undershirt reads ‘TF’ while the one in the jumpsuit reads ‘Terry Reh Farrell’.
