Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges” for wear by veteran Star Trek actor John Fleck as “Minister Koval”. The costume is wood-grain patterned trousers with a matching jacket top with black piping accents and a black Dry-deck belt that features an affixed gold painted resin Romulan Star Empire bird of prey badge serving as a ‘buckle' as the belt fastens in the rear. The collar of the costume also is adorned with brass colored metal crescents and flairs representing Romulan ranks. The costumer’s tag reads ‘#565 DS9 “Inter Arma Enim…”, Koval, John Fleck, Romulan’, another tag indicates ‘change 2’, and the sewn in Deep Space Nine tag reads ‘John Fleck’. Fleck portrayed several alien characters in various Star Trek series, most notably ‘Silik’ the Suliban in Star Trek: Enterprise.
