The costume is for wear by veteran cult and Star Trek actor Jeffrey Combs in the role of the conniving Tsunkatse ringmaster “Penk” and is a long-sleeved, slightly iridescent, rust colored, tunic shirt, iridescent brown, wrap-around jacket, and corresponding overall style trousers with stirrups for the feet.
