This costume is for wear by John Billingsley in the role of the enigmatic chief medical officer of the “Enterprise NX-01”, Dr. Phlox”, and is a long-sleeved tan colored shirt with vertical blue stripes down the front, functional pockets, buttons down the front, and corresponding tan trousers. A sewn in tag reads ‘Enterprise, John Billingsley'.
