Description: A costume featured in the opening sequences of the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode :the Gambit: Part I”; wherein Captain Picard” (Patrick Stewart) is presumed dead and the “Enterprise-D” investigates and pursues those they think responsible when “Captain Picard” is actually in disguise on the very ship the “Enterprise-D” is chasing. This costume is for wear by Jonathan Frakes in the role of the First Officer of the “Enterprise-D”, “Commander William Riker”, and is a blue, long-sleeved shirt with sort of a metallic sheen to the fabric, vertical black stripes and diagonal textured stripe accents along the collar, cuffs, and shoulders, and corresponding blue trousers. A sewn in tag reads ‘Deep Space Nine, Jonathan' and the costumer’s tag reads ‘256 Gambit Part I, Riker, Jonathan Frakes’.
