Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Explorers”; wherein “Commander Sisko” (Avery Brooks) reconstructs an archaic space-faring vehicle that ancient Bajorans reputedly used to fly to Cardassia over 800 years before. This costume is for wear by Avery Brooks in the role of the Federation Captain of Deep Space Nine and the Bajoran Emissary, “Benjamin Sisko”, and is a sleeveless, dark-brown vest featuring tan suede trim, white hieroglyph-like design, a long-sleeved shirt with white stripes in differing shades of gray, a textured pattern of faux reptile scale, a zip down the front, and black trousers. A sewn in tag reads ‘Deep Space Nine, Avery Brooks'.
