Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Author, Author”; wherein “The Doctor” (Robert Picardo) sends his holonovel “Photons Be Free” to Earth to be published, requests time for a rewrite, but is blatantly ignored by the publishers stating that they needn't abide by his wishes because he is “only a hologram”. This costume is for wear by Ethan Phillips for when he ran “The Doctor’s” (Robert Picardo) holonovel and assumed the role of E.M.H., and is the Type-B Starfleet uniform, long-sleeved, full-length, black jumpsuit featuring Sciences Blue division strip around the shoulders, a Velcro patch on the left breast for a commbadge (not included), loops around the waist for tools, a zip down the front, stirrups for the feet. A sewn in tag reads ‘Voyager, Ethan Phillips’.
