STAR TREK: TNG “TEN FORWARD TABLE AND SCULPTURE”

REFNUM: 5087

Description: A table and sculpture used as set dressing on the “Ten Forward” set during the filming of the Star Trek: The Next Generation series. The table is made of particleboard painted silver with a clear acrylic panel separating the top and the bottom sections. An opaque piece of acrylic is used for the top surface. The table has a light in the base that is powered by a standard U.S.A. 120volt Type-B three-pronged plug. The light shines up through the acrylic to the top. Due to time, use and storage there are some scratches on the acrylic and wood surfaces. Table measures approx. 35 ¾ x 10 ¼ x 16 ¼ inches. The sculpture on the table has a stone base and metal spines that fan out like a brush. A piece of tape applied to the base by the show's crew reads “Losing spines…beware!”. Sculpture measures approx. 25 ¼ x 4 ½ inches diameter.
