Description: A prop Starfleet distress beacon used by “Captain Sisko” (Avery Brooks) and “Dukat” (Marc Alaimo) in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Waltz”. The device is made of resin painted gun-metal gray with three handles, multiple multicolored applications and Starfleet labels. Three buttons on the front activate a backlit light behind the “System On-line” screen, three sequentially flashing LED lights and a small bar of red scrolling LED lights. A flap in the back reveals more panels with multicolored applications for detail. A cavity in the bottom accesses multiple AA and 9Volt batteries. Measures approx. 29 x 17 x 12 inches.
