Description: A lot of four sets of division-rank strips appearing in Star Trek feature films. The strips are colored fabric on black felt backings, the colors indicate the wearer to be a member of these divisions according to the coding for Star Trek I: The Motion Picture: command white, sciences orange, engineering red, and medical green. Only medical and command maintained their coloring through Star Trek VII: Generations as red and orange were phased out and new officers uniforms were adorned with different styles of division markings.
