This costume consists of a long-sleeved, off-white medical jacket featuring a silver-colored medical bade with multi-colored accents, Velcro and snaps down the back and matching trousers; sleeveless undershirt in medical green that was featured along with similar costumes in Star Trek II-VI. A handwritten costumer’s tag reads ‘B. Gooch, Female’.
