Description: A Starfleet uniform jumpsuit featured in multiple episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine for wear by Terry Farrell in her performance as “Jadzia Dax”. The costume is a black form fitting jumpsuit with gray quilted shoulders and sciences blue division strips on the sleeve cuffs, with ‘away team’ gear loops sewn into the waist, and a sleeveless blue sciences division undershirt with a zip front and negligee.
