STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE “OPERATIONS GOLD DIVISION STRIPS”

A pair of costume items similar to those featured throughout the first Star Trek feature film. Each division strip is on a black felt backing, is gold in color denoting membership to the Operations division with a thin, gold braid embellishment. Speculation persists that the braid embellishment may denote the non-commissioned ‘crewman second class’ rank. Each strip measures approx. 3 x 1¼ inches.
