STAR TREK IV: “FEDERATION SECURITY COUNCIL – DELTAN MALE”

A costume created for a Deltan character in the Federation Security Council during Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. The costume is a long beige robe with light blue accents, large wrist cuffs, a hand pounded gold colored metal head adornment, and a long chain and resin cast gemstone accessory that hangs across the chest and back from one shoulder to the opposite side.
