Record summary

A prop PADD (Personal Access Display Device) like those appearing in Star Trek IX: Insurrection believed to have appeared on the desk of “Captain Picard” (Patrick Stewart). The item is an injection molded plastic backlit electronic display device painted to match the production design of the film. The item is painted metallic silver with metallic gold and other multi-colored graphical accents with a Translite applied to the ‘display screen’. When connected to a ‘Visual Plus’ AC adaptor operating on 120volt power, the item can be activated by way of a switch on the right side. The adaptor is not included. Item measures approx. 14.5 X 10.75 X 1 inch. A fold out stand is present on the reverse that folds flush against the casing for a slimmer profile.
