The item is a piece of sheet plastic with beveled edges and a series of gray, white, and black colored rubber faux buttons adorning the face with a multi-colored graphical application. The item is labeled ‘Quad Rate Sel’ and ‘B3-A’. Measures approx. 3 X 9 X 0.25 inches and is inscribed ‘Galley’ on the reverse.
