STAR TREK VIII “PHOENIX COMPLEX BUTTON BOARD CONSOLE”

A piece of set dressing believed to have been featured in the eighth Star Trek feature film “First Contact”. This item is believed to be part of the launch control used in the launching of the “Phoenix”, it consists of a wooden frame with an off white button board screwed on to it featuring black, functional buttons with white faces and numerical values counting from 1 to 16; there are small rectangular holes in the surface of the board where in indicators that reads ‘Zone A-D’ are listed above a set of the buttons. On the underside, the buttons are connected to wiring with an unknown purpose. The item measures approx. 7 X 22 X 2.5 inches.
