A prop ceramic mug and saucer believed to have been acquired for scenes of Star Trek VIII: First Contact. The items are white porcelain, a mug with a classic styled dual handle and a saucer that fits the mug. The mug is adorned with two clear applications featuring a colored graphic of the Starfleet emblem in metallic gold and silver, the acronym ‘CAPT.’ In metallic gold, and ‘U.S.S. Enterprise 1701E’ in black. The graphics appeared on other similar items having been generated for Star Trek VIII: First Contact. The mug measures approx. 4 X 3 inches with a handle profile of 1.5 inches and the saucer measures 0.75 X just over 4.25 inches diameter. An extremely tiny knick in the lip of the mug is present but not distracting.
