A hand prop sensor created for Star Trek feature films and episodic television. The item is fashioned from injection molded plastic and molded resin painted metallic silver. The item features two black buttons opposite one another on the sides that are believed to activate the red bulbs mounted externally. The item does not retain any power from production use and has not been opened to determine its battery needs. The item measures approx. 2.75 X 2 X 2 inches.
