STAR TREK: “BRONZE STARFLEET CARRY CASE”

A large bronze colored Starfleet carry case like those appearing variously in Star Trek episodic television and feature films. This item is an injection-molded plastic case with a hinged lid and flip latches to seal it, a molded handle, and molded internal separations. The item features metallic gold and silver colored adhesive detail, metallic-gold colored Starfleet emblems on the front and back, and raised accents long the sides. Brown Starfleet inventory applications on each side, one reading ‘Auxiliary System’ and the other with calibration instructions for ‘Module GT: 04:003:171A’; both applications have the infamous ‘in-jokes’ in the print beneath the label too small to be seen on screen. One of the latches will not stay engaged but the item still stays securely closed regardless and the bronze coloring is flaking off in isolated areas to reveal the blue plastic beneath. The item measures approx. 17 X 15 X 5.5 inches.
