The costume is a blue under robe with zips at the sleeve cuffs, an a geometrically patterned collar, an outer robe with kimono style sleeves, and a dickie with a mandarin style collar. The costume comes with a a pin backed, cast resin Romulan Star Empire Imperial Eagle badge made in the style of Star Trek X: Nemesis and a Romulan style wig.
