A costume featured in Star Trek I: The Motion Picture for wear by actresses portraying female operations officers. The costume is a tan, long-sleeved, v-neck uniform shirt featuring an attached bio-monitor, affixed white division strips on the shoulders with embroidered gold bars indicating the rank of ‘lieutenant', a Starfleet insignia with silver backing denoting operations division, corresponding shoes and trousers with Velcro and clasp size adjustments on the ankle cuffs.
