Belts like this appeared in various Star Trek feature films like Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, and Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country on the iconic maroon uniform jackets worn by the command crew of the “USS Enterprise”, and in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier on the ‘commando’ costumes worn by the same crew.
