A costume made for Star Trek I: The Motion Picture for wear by Majel Barrett in her portrayal of “Dr. Chapel”. The costume is a gray Class-D Starfleet uniform jumpsuit with shoulder affixed green colored division strips and a green backed Starfleet logo on the left breast. The costume also features a functional pocket on the right thigh and attached shoes. The sewn in Western Costume Co. tag reads ‘Majel Barrett'.
