STAR TREK VI: “DR. MCCOY – RURA PENTHE” STUNT COSTUME

A costume featured in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country for wear by a stunt performer portraying “Dr. McCoy” in scenes taking place in the Klingon mining colony of Rure Penthe as additional elements to an existing Starfleet uniform. The costume is two halves of a maroon jacket wrapped around and affixed to a ‘Cabela's’ outdoor sport coat which features a hood that attached via Velcro and snaps, and matching trousers, with outer layer Starfleet style black officer’s trousers with green medical division stripes running down the outside seams. Also included is a fur vest that was not located with the costume. The costumer’s tag reads ‘Bones , St. Dbl. Rura Penthe’.
