The item is a full length brown jumpsuit intended for female actresses with an affixed plastic bio-monitor, affixed orange colored shoulder mounted division strips (the one on the right shoulder is beginning to come away from its black felt backing), and an affixed Earthbase shoulder patch on the left depicting Earth's solar system.
