STAR TREK IV: “CAPTAIN OF 'USS SARATOGA' – MADGE SINCLAIR”

A costume featured in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home for wear by Madge Sinclair as the captain of the “USS Saratoga”, the first on screen female captain in Star Trek history. The costume is black officer's trousers with a red division stripe down the outside seam of the legs, a white long sleeve undershirt with a ribbed collar and cuffs, and a maroon officer’s class-A jacket with black piping and a metal clasp for an accompanying, unattached white shoulder division strip with gold trim. The jacket also features black belt loops, a tan inner double breast, and a sewn in Paramount tag, as well as a sewn in Voyager tag which reads ‘…lgrew’, presumably ‘Kate Mulgrew’. The shirt features a sewn in Paramount tag reading ‘Madge Sinclair’, the trousers read ‘Star Trek VII Rina Bennet’. The costume comes with an unattached gold trimmed white division stripe with a pair of attached gold colored metal ‘5 year’ service pins with molded Starfleet emblems on their face, and a trio of attached gold colored metal commendation bars, an unattached red rank placement, and a women’s sized black leather belt with a gold colored metal Starfleet emblem buckle.
