STAR TREK II: “DR. CAROL MARCUS – REGULA I LAB COSTUME”

A costume featured in the legendary Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan for wear by Bibi Besch in her portrayal of “Dr. Carol Marcus”, mother of “David” (Merrit Buttrick), lost love of “Admiral Kirk” (William Shatner), and leader of the Genesis Project. The costume is a set of caramel colored trousers with reinforced ankle cuffs, a matching shirt with sleeve accents and pleats, a pair of shoes with thick soles and heels, and a researcher tabard, cream colored with an asymmetrical zip and snap front and an affixed researcher badge with a faded orange resin detail and a circular inset suggesting hardware. The costume was located with costumer's tags reading ‘Star Trek III, 60180-100, Bibi Besch as Carol Marcus Ch #1, 2 of 3’ in reference to the tabard, and ‘3 of 3’ in reference to the trousers and blouse. The shoes feature inscriptions on the soles reading ‘Bibi’.
