STAR TREK: ENT “ALIEN PADD"

A PADD (Personal Access Display Device) featured variously in Star Trek episodic television. The item is asymmetrical black acrylic with a shaped resin backing painted metallic bronze. The front has metallic gold colored adhesive details and an inset ‘display screen' with a multi-colored graphical application depicting a series of symbols and ‘alien’ lettering formed of dots (possibly Denobulan, the race from which “Dr. Phlox” (John Billingsley) hails). The item also features a single rubber gel dome planted on the clearest space indicating likely use during Star Trek: Enterprise. The asymmetrical item measures approx. 6 X 6 X .25 inches.
