STAR TREK IX: “LCARS PANEL WITH SHUTTLE GRAPHIC”

An LCARS (Library Computer Access and Retrieval System) style computer interface panel presumably featured in Star Trek IX: Insurrection. The item is a piece of smoked acrylic with a multi-colored graphical application adhered to the reverse meant to appear when backlit. The graphic depicts a shuttlecraft diagram and ‘Subspace Field Geometry' of the ship in flight. Various numeric values are present and the schematic appears to represent the ship class used by “Data” (Brent Spiner) during the sequence in which “Captain Picard” (Patrick Stewart) and “Worf” (Michael Dorn) attempt to capture their malfunctioning friend. The item features screw holes in the corners for mounting to a wall or console piece and measures approx. 19 X 14 inches.
