STAR TREK: ENT “VULCAN LIRPA PROP WEAPON” FROM “KIR'SHARA”

A prop item similar to those featured in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “Kir’Shara”; wherein the “Enterprise NX-01” attempts to diffuse a stand-off between the Vulcans and Andorians while “Captain Archer (Scott Bakula) and “T’Pol” (Jolene Blalock) search for an ancient Vulcan artifact. The ‘Lirpa’ is a traditional Vulcan sparring weapon used by competing males as part of the mating challenge during “Kal-if-fee” ritual during “Pon farr”; the weapon is made of a reinforced PVC pole with a crescent-shaped rubber blade and a weighted end. The blade has Vulcan markings on it and the entire weapon is distressed to appear earth covered and used. The item measures approx. 54 x 8 inches.
