STAR TREK X: NEMESIS “HELM OFFICER LIEUTENANT BRANSON STARFLEET UNIFORM”

A costume featured in the last TNG era feature film, Star Trek: Nemesis; wherein a political coup takes place in the Romulan Empire and the crew of the “Enterprise-E” travel into its heart and “Captain Picard” (Patrick Stewart) finds a familiar face planning the destruction of Earth. This costume is for wear by Michael Owen in the role of the officer who was at the helm for the “Enterprise-E” making its way to Romulus, the battle with the “Scimitar” later, and was finally blown out into space when a torpedo decompressed the forward section of the bridge, “Lieutenant Branson”, and is referred to as the “First Contact-style” Starfleet uniform because it was first used in the feature film of the same name and went on to be the standard; it consists of a long-sleeved, full-length, black jumpsuit featuring blue-gray, quilted shoulders, a Velcro patch for a commbadge (not included), hoops on the waist for tools, a long-sleeved undershirt in Command Red with matching division colors around the cuffs of the jumpsuit. A sewn in tag reads ‘Mike Owens, 11-01, 42,’ and also reads “Stunt” and seems to have been reused as a stunt costume; the costumer’s tag reads ‘Helm Officer Branson, Michael Owen, Nemesis’.
