A black painted Starfleet style communicator like those appearing in episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. The item is an injection molded plastic detailed replica prop and stands a very good chance of having been screen used. The item features a spring loaded flip cover that is painted black. When the cover opens a battery powered light activates within the item, colored blue, it represents static battery power and signal strength similar to modern cellular phones. The item opens at the depression of a side positioned button. The item measures approx. 3.75 X 2 X 0.75 inches.
