STAR TREK: “UNUSED 2370'S STYLE STARFLEET EMBLEM APPLICATION”

Record summary

A Starfleet identification application like those appearing variously in Star Trek feature films and episodic television. The item represents the emblem of Starfleet in the time period following the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “The Search, Part I” and Star Trek VII: Generations and is made up of three pieced of metallic gold adhesive material. The item is made to be applied in two steps, remove the non-translucent side first and place the appliqué on the receiving item, then peel off the second sheet. The emblem measures approx. 3 X 3 inches, the sheet measures approx. 3.25 X 3.25 inches. A hand written inventory number is inscribed on one of the peel away sheets, creasing due to time and storage conditions is evident but does not appear to have altered the unused application.
