STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE “FIRST FLIGHT – SENSOR PACKAGE”
Having received word that a friend of “Captain Archer's” (Scott Bakula) has died he decides to take some time alone to locate a dark matter nebula, however, “T’Pol” (Jolene Blalock) insists upon going along with him. While Archer tells the story of his relationship with his deceased friend, they scan local space from “Shuttlepod One” using a special sensor device, this elaborate hand prop. A gray carry case with a twin latching lid that when opened reveals a mounted board with multiple faux buttons and backlit graphical displays. Three black switches activate the trio of lighting sets in this prop all powered by 11 AA sized 1.5volt batteries placed underneath the display. The switches themselves house a light each, a ‘molecular scan’ graphic becomes backlit (this item appears to be loose as a possible trade out item during production) as do the multi-colored sequence status lights. The exterior of the case features a sturdy handle, a set of faux buttons and graphic applications. The item measures approx. 16.5 X 7 X 13 inches and original batteries are included.
