| A prop item identical to those featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Darkling”; wherein “The Doctor” (Robert Picardo) alters his personality program with disastrous effects and the crew comes upon a nomadic species called the Mikhal. This item is one of the star charts that “Tuvok” (Tim Russ) and “Zahir” (David Lee Smith) are looking over in the episode; a transparent, acrylic cylinder with the “star chart” printed on it consisting of a grid formation and various abstract shapes, dots and squares. The item has a diameter of approx. 6 inches and a height of approximately 12. | |||

These star charts were originally created for "Fair Trade" where Neelix tries to buy a map from a map vendor. They reappeared in "Darkling" and also on Admiral Owen Paris' desk in episodes of seasons six and seven.
